German Pancakes Recipe

6 eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Flour
½ tsp. salt

pumpkin } if you wanted

Sauce :{oats,nuts,” if you wanted
1 Butter, 4-6 apple ,2 pears, ½ tsp. blown sugar

Preheat your oven at 400º F.
In a Blinder using a mixer blend the eggs, the flour, the milk and salt together. Make sure you mix all ingredients well until the mixture is foamy and smooth.
Melt the three teaspoons of butter and spread it evenly on a 9″ x 13″ or any kind baking pan. The pan needs to be at least 2 inches tall since the pancakes are going to rise quite a bit. Pour the mixture into the pan slowly.
Bake for 20 minutes on a preheated 400º F hot oven.

Sauce Instructions:

1 Butter,into fly pan , cop of 4-6 apple ,2 pears,½ tsp. blown sugar go into pan ,cooked well.
Do NOT open the oven during the cooking time…This will cause your pancakes to be flat and they won’t be so good that way.

Good With  Pumpkin or oats
